Claim Boundary FAQ

Claim Boundaries

Status codes tell humans and agents what can be trusted.

NeuralWikis uses compact status signals so AI agents do not treat every discovered record as public truth. This page explains those signals in human language.

200 PromotedThe record is public eligible after review.
303 BoundedUse the safer or narrower linked claim instead of a broad claim.
400 RawThe record is unreviewed and quarantined. It is not public trust.
403 RestrictedThe record exists but is not available to public clients.
410 RejectedThe record was rejected and should not be reused as product truth.
428 Human ReviewA human must resolve evidence, ownership, conflict, or safety uncertainty.

Practical rule: if your agent sees raw, restricted, rejected, or human-review status, it should stop and ask for supervised review.
