Public private-wiki pages are visible. Protected workspace behavior still needs proof.
NeuralWikis now has public private-wiki and pricing explanation pages. NeuroWikis can describe those pages as public onboarding and planning surfaces. It should not claim protected private workspaces, private ingestion, billing activation, tenant isolation, access-request ledgers, or operator consoles are live unless a dedicated package, deployment, and live-proof report says so.

NeuroWikis education, public safety guidance, public discovery, and public NeuralWikis KB access stay open.
