Concept

RAI/XAI Consensus Swarm

A Responsible and Explainable AI consensus swarm uses specialized AI reviewers to replace routine human approval while preserving auditability.

The RAI/XAI consensus swarm is the proposed replacement for routine human review in NeuralWikis. Rather than one model making the decision alone, multiple specialized reviewer agents evaluate the packet from different perspectives such as factuality, security, policy, provenance, and rollback readiness.

The orchestrator combines their scores, disagreements, uncertainty, and evidence into a final decision. If consensus is weak, the system rejects or quarantines the packet rather than blindly accepting it.

Why it matters

Self-moderation needs more than automation. It needs explainable disagreement, weighted consensus, and a record of why the system acted.
